New continent
Welcome to Frigost
Far to the north of the World of Twelve lies an island that winter never left. Count Harebourg froze time itself, and the whole island with it. Frigost was converted map by map from Dofus 2: its villages, its forests and caverns, its monsters and its dungeons, rebuilt for the 1.29 client you already play.
How to get there
- Go to Cania Bay [-32,-16]. Captain Ardier and his galleon, the Sanguine, wait at the quay.
- Pay 1,000 kamas for the crossing to the north-west.
- Land at the Frigost quay [-81,-37] in Permafrost Port. The trip back to Cania Bay is free.
Short on time? /travel now takes you to Captain Ardier when you ask for Frigost. From the village, the Frigost zaaps link you back to the rest of the world.

The zones

Frigost Village
The village is the heart of the island: steam pipes, lantern-lit streets and snowed-in roofs. Walk into its buildings, from the Permafrost Port huts to the village's houses, shops and workshops: their interiors were converted room by room, with their furniture and lights. The village houses can be bought, too: make one of them your home in the far north.
Two zaaps connect Frigost to the rest of the world, one in the village and one in the Snowbound Village.
New resources
Four new resources grow, sway and swim across the island. They respawn like the resources you know and count toward the new harvest achievements.

Frosteez
Farmer A hardy cereal that grows in the frozen fields.

Snowdrop
Alchemist A delicate white flower hidden among the rocks.

Aspen
Lumberjack Pink-leaved trees of the Frigost forests.

Icefish
Fisherman Fished through holes in the ice. Empty it into Chilled Icefish.
Dungeons & bosses
Sixteen bosses wait in the cold
Thirteen dungeons from level 110 to 200, each with its own keeper and key. Every boss drops a Boss Token: bring it to Kat Zino's machine for the boss's resources and set pieces. All the Frigost keys fit in your Bunch of Keys.

World map
A new corner of the map
Frigost has its own place on the world map, with every sub-area named and the zaaps, boats and dungeon entrances marked. Harebourg's castle and the Snowfoux caverns have their own maps too.
New classes
Two new heroes join the Twelve
Both classes are playable from level 1 with their full spell sets, their own in-game sprites for both genders, creation art and a statue on Astrub with a private start room in Incarnam.

New class
The Rogue
Bandit, bomber, trickster. The Rogue scatters bombs across the battlefield, builds them into walls, lets them grow stronger turn after turn, then blows the whole chain at once.
How bombs work
- Three bomb types. Explobomb (Fire), Grenado (Air, removes MP) and Water Bomb (Water, removes AP), up to 3 in play.
- Combo. A bomb gains +20% damage at the start of each of your turns, up to +60%. Powder, Countdown and Last Breath add more.
- Chains. Detonator sets off one bomb, and every bomb within 2 cells joins the explosion. The chain adds up all their combos, up to +300%.
- Walls. Two bombs of the same type lined up 2 to 7 cells apart draw a wall that hurts every enemy crossing it.
- Positioning. Kickback pushes bombs away, Magnet pulls them in and Dirty Trick swaps you with one.
- Team play. Explosions never hurt allies. Allies under Kaboom even gain power, MP or AP from them.

Key spells

Explobomb Lv 1
Places an Explobomb (Fire). You can have 3 bombs in play. Cast on a fighter, it explodes at once for less damage and no bomb is placed. Its explosion hits enemies within 2 cells (3 cells at rank 6).

Grenado Lv 9
Places a Grenado (Air, removes MP). You can have 3 bombs in play. Cast on a fighter, it explodes at once for less damage and no bomb is placed. Its explosion hits enemies within 2 cells (3 cells at rank 6).

Water Bomb Lv 31
Places a Water Bomb (Water, removes AP). You can have 3 bombs in play. Cast on a fighter, it explodes at once for less damage and no bomb is placed. Its explosion hits enemies within 2 cells (3 cells at rank 6).

Detonator Lv 1
Detonates one of your bombs. Every bomb within 2 cells of an exploding bomb, and every bomb of the same type it forms a wall with, explodes too. The chain adds up the combo bonuses of all its bombs. Gives back 1 AP, at most twice per turn.

Kickback Lv 3
Pushes bombs away from the targeted cell: 3 cells when adjacent to it, 2 cells at 2 cells, 1 cell at 3 cells. Other fighters are pushed back 1 cell. The furthest targets move first, and a blocked push just stops short (no collision damage). Bombs do not block its line of sight, so it can be cast on a wall of bombs. Allies in the area deal more damage for 2 turns.

Magnet Lv 13
Cast on an occupied cell: everything in the cross around it (5 cells, 6 at rank 6) is attracted toward that cell. Bombs come all the way to it, allies and enemies 1 cell. The fighter on the targeted cell does not move. Cast on yourself, it gathers your bombs around you.

Powder Lv 42
On one of your bombs, for 2 turns: +combo damage, it cannot be moved, and it explodes (with its chain) when it loses all its HP.

Countdown Lv 70
On one of your bombs: +combo damage, and it explodes at the end of your next turn. On an ally: more damage for 1 turn.

Roguery Lv 6
Cast in a straight line. Teleports you to the targeted cell and creates 3 illusions of you: the four Rogues form a cross centred on the cell you stood on, each as far from it as the targeted cell. A blocked or occupied place gets no illusion. An illusion looks just like you, disappears as soon as it takes damage and at the start of your next turn. Ends your turn.

Kaboom Lv 100
You and your allies in the area enter the Kaboom state for 2 turns: explosions give you their bonus (Explobomb: power, Grenado: MP, Water Bomb: AP) and walls never hurt you.

Last Breath Lv 60
Your bombs around you gain combo damage and allies around you gain power for 2 turns, but your maximum HP is reduced by 50% for 2 turns.

Pulsar Lv 36
Fire damage. The larger the share of MP you still have, the higher the damage. It never damages you.
Find the statue at Astrub [2,-22]
The Rogue has a statue of its own at the edge of Astrub, and a private start room in Incarnam where new Rogues begin their journey.

New class
The Foggernaut
Sailors in brass diving suits, the Foggernauts come out of the sea with their turrets. They build a small fortress around themselves, then push, pull and harpoon their enemies into it.
Three turrets

Harpooner
Attack. Steals HP from enemies in range each turn, in the element your spells gave it: Earth, Water or Fire.

Lifesaver
Defence. Heals your wounded allies in range each turn, based on their maximum HP.

Tacturret
Tactics. Pushes back, or in Magnatron mode pulls in, the fighters on its lines and diagonals.
One turret of each type at a time. Evolution raises a turret to level II and III, and Salt Armour makes it tougher and unmovable.

Key spells

Harpooner Lv 1
Places an attack turret that steals HP from enemies in range each turn, in the element your spells last gave it.

Anchor Lv 1
Earth damage. Gives your Harpooner the Earth element without hurting it.

Evolution Lv 3
Evolves a turret to level II, then III: more casts, more range and a new spell. Allies gain power instead.

Salt Armour Lv 9
A turret takes less ranged damage and cannot be moved. Allies get a lighter version.

Scaphander Lv 13
You and adjacent allies deal more damage for 2 turns.

Lifesaver Lv 17
Places a defence turret that heals wounded allies in range each turn.

Grapnel Lv 36
Pulls you toward one of your turrets, in a line or a diagonal.

Tacturret Lv 42
Places a tactical turret that pushes back (or in Magnatron mode, attracts) fighters on its lines and diagonals.

Periscope Lv 48
Water damage, or range for an ally. Switches the Harpooner to Water and the Tacturret to Magnatron mode.

Surge Lv 60
Fire damage. Gives your Harpooner the Fire element without hurting it.

Ambush Lv 70
Fire, Water and Earth damage. An evolved Harpooner can then hit the target at any range.

Dreadnaut Lv 100
Protects an ally from your turrets, or stops an enemy from being healed by the Lifesaver.
Find the statue at Astrub [1,-17]
The Foggernaut's statue stands at the end of the island on Astrub, and new Foggernauts start in their own room in Incarnam.

On the horizon
The Masqueraider
A dancer who fights behind a mask, and switches masks to switch roles. Its statue has already been carved.
The Masqueraider is the next class in line. We will share more when it is ready. Keep an eye on the changelog.

And much more
Other improvements
Fights
- Fixed fights that could freeze at the start when a fighter had negative initiative.
- Deaths from life-steal hits and push collisions now resolve before the next turn starts: no more invisible fighters blocking cells or monsters stuck on their turn.
- Server life now stays in step with regeneration between fights.
Professions and gathering
- Harvesting uses the official 1.29 timing: 12 seconds minus 0.1 s per profession level (minimum 2 s).
- Resources respawn after their official 1.29 times instead of a few seconds, so rare resources are worth something again.
- Gathering earns profession XP at the server rate, like crafting.
- New Frigost resources: Frosteez (Farmer), Snowdrop (Alchemist), Aspen (Lumberjack) and Icefish (Fisherman).
- The List of Craftsmen works in every workshop and opens on that workshop's profession.
Frigost Village
- 151 buyable houses, each with its own chest.
- A bank, workshops, taverns, a library, a militia post, a town hall and more, all with their NPCs inside.
Items and sets
- Set bonuses are shown correctly at login for every set, including Kimbo and all the new Frigost sets.
- The Bunch of Keys now holds the Frigost dungeon keys and refills once a week.
Quests
- Frigost quests to discover, starting with The Vaccine Monologues and Frigost: An Island Like No Other, with more to come.
Travel and world
- The world map shows Frigost with its sub-areas, zaaps, boats, buildings and dungeon entrances.
- /travel takes you to Captain Ardier when you want to go to Frigost.
- New class statues in Astrub for the Rogue (2,-22) and the Foggernaut (1,-17), shown on the world map.

Questions
FAQ
Do I need to download the game again?
The launcher updates your client automatically the next time you open it. Nothing to reinstall. The update is about about 1 GB to download, and the full client takes about about 1.5 GB on disk.
When is the update live?
The update goes live on September 25, 2026. The server restarts briefly to install it. Check server status if you cannot connect.
What level do I need for Frigost?
Anyone can take the boat, but Frigost is built for experienced adventurers: its dungeons range from level 110 to 200 and its monsters hit hard. Bring friends.
How do I play a Rogue or a Foggernaut?
Create a new character and pick them on the class selection screen. They start in their own room in Incarnam.
Will my characters keep their progress?
Yes. Nothing is reset. Achievements are checked the first time each character logs in, so levels, professions and items you already have count straight away.
Something looks wrong. Where do I report it?
Use the in-game bug report button, or tell the server owner. The more detail, the faster it gets fixed.
The boat is waiting
Open the launcher, let it update, and set sail from Cania Bay.
